For the last one year i am having BSNL connection. As we all know BSNL is owned by Govt. a company which is trusted by all. People runs after BSNL because it is cheaper and the best service provider.
But
the service which i have received is totally useless. I am facing a problem that if my balance goes below Rs.50 my GPRS service gets stopped and if my balance goes above Rs.50 my GPRS gets started but my SMS doesnt works. Recently i have applied for caller tune but it didnt get activated but my balance got deducted for this. Its been 72 hrs that i have applied.
The customer service is the worst one. Most of the time you will not get the line, if u get it anyhow, they will hear your problem but will fail to provide you any solution.
As a customer i feel that when i am spending money then why should i spent on such a concern. Initially i was also a great fan of BSNL but now i have realised the reality.Very soon i will be changing my connection.
On the whole it was a bitter experience getting associated with BSNL.
